Judy joined the committee of the Federation of North West London Photographic Societies (NWFed) in 2000 as the Competition Secretary, where for 20 years she did all the work of organising the matches. Judy was Chairman of the Federation from 2020 to 2022, was Vice-Chairman from 2022 to 2024 and is now Chairman again from 2024.

Mark assisted, and has been the Secretary since 2005.
